Steps to Empower Fundraising Walk - Saturday, August 6, 9amJoin the Knights of Columbus in supporting the annual fundraising walk for Bakhita Mountain Home (BMH). The name has changed over the years from Barefoot Mile to Walk for Survivors to “Steps to Empower". The one-mile walk will be on the grounds of Mount Saint Francis in Colorado Springs. Bakhita Mountain Home offers an opportunity for survivors of sex trafficking to continue to heal and grow individually while connecting to a supportive community.
