Join us to celebrate the 20th anniversary of St. Peter Catholic School on Friday, September 29!
The afternoon carnival (3-6pm) is open to all members of the community!
The adult celebration is from 6:30-10pm and will feature dinner and dancing in the south parking lot. The main dish (BBQ), dessert, drinks and adult beverages will be provided but everyone is asked to bring a side dish to share. The Ashtonz will provide live music so bring your dancing shoes!
In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved into the Parish Ministry Center.
This is no cost to attend, but a free-will donation will be accepted!

Hope Bag Collection for
Survivors of Human Trafficking

The Hope Bag Collection is off to a great start, with many tags already taken and donations returned! Every item collected will be given to a human trafficking survivor, at the time of rescue. Each item donated provides an amount of comfort and human dignity to our wounded brothers and sisters in Christ. If you haven't done so already, you can find tags in the church gathering area - just look for the oversized teddy bear. Please return your donations anytime the church is open, by Sunday, October 9. God bless you for your generosity in this worthy cause!

Change to parish office hours
Beginning Monday, October 2, the parish office will close at 2pm, Monday through Friday.
Please join our parent catechesis meetings every Sunday at 9:05am for faith and fellowship in Jaeger Hall. All are welcome!
Stewardship Celebration
This weekend, we celebrate the stewardship in our parish and invite all of you to join in this experience. Please take a card from the vestibule and pray on the many ways you can share your gifts and talents with our parish community.
Pikes Peak Life Chain
Save the date for the Pikes Peak Life Chain on October 1 from 1:30-3pm! Join us to peacefully pray and witness to life in our community. The Life Chain will be held in TWO locations. Join us on Academy Blvd., North of Austin Bluffs (free signs on both sides of Academy) OR in Monument on Highway 105 (free signs in Safeway parking lot and Park and Ride east of I-25). Scouts and their families are invited to an outdoor Mass with Bishop Golka at Lazy Land pavilion in Palmer Park, coordinated by the diocesan Catholic Committee on Scouting. Adoration Before Weekend Masses
The Blessed Sacrament will be in the church for Adoration 30 minutes before weekend Masses. In reverence to the Real Presence of Jesus, please enter the church in silence. As a form of respect, you should always genuflect when you see the Blessed Sacrament. Please maintain an attitude of respect, and if others are present, silence.

Rosary Rallies
Saturday, October 7, 9-11:30am: St. Patrick Catholic Church (6455 Brook Park Drive, 80918) will host a Rosary Rally sponsored by the Diocese of Colorado Springs and the St. Thomas Aquinas Society with Bishop Golka presiding. The Roman Catholic Chamber Choir will lead us in song. After the recitation of the Divine Mercy Chaplet and the Rosary, Fr. Chad Ripperger will give a talk on "The Blessed Virgin Mary and Spiritual Warfare". Bishop Golka will then lead us in a Consecration to the Blessed Mother. Please come join us in prayer for our diocese and our nation.
Saturday, October 7, 2pm: An outdoor Rosary Rally sponsored by the National Coast to Coast Rosary Rally, organized by Fr. Richard Heilman, will be held at the MacDonald’s on Lexington and Woodmen near the King Soopers store. Come and join us in giving public witness to our Catholic faith in praying for our Church and nation.

Christmas Concert

We're pleased to announce the St. Peter Christmas Concert, "O Come, Emmanuel" will return on Friday, December 15, at 7pm. There is no fee to attend, however, a free-will offering will be accepted and all donations will be given to Tri-Lakes Cares.
