Human Dignity Conference - Saturday, November 22, 8am-5pm
The Diocesan Respect Life Apostolate will host the conference at St. Francis Parish in Colorado Springs.
The conference will feature keynote talks by Bishop James Golka and Professor Lucas Pollice, along with lightning talks on a variety of topics including: NFP and NaPro Technology, IVF, abortion, treatment of the disabled, human trafficking, end-of-life Issues, and more. The day will also include lunch, Mass, and Adoration, along with opportunities for Confession. Register

Your generosity each year ensures that individuals and families in our community feel loved and are not forgotten. It seems our modern culture has an obsession with anything paranormal. It provides the Catholic Church with a unique evangelistic opportunity, because the Church is the only true authority on the subject. Deacon Rick Athey, a retired child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist and advisor to the diocesan exorcism team will be our November speaker. Join us in the PMC for his talk,

Wreaths for Veterans
Once again, local families will participate with
Wreaths Across America to place wreaths on the graves of veterans at Fort Logan National Cemetery on Saturday, December 13.

One Nation Walking Together Elder Boxes
St. Peter is collecting elder boxes for members of the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota. Elder boxes are shoeboxes filled with a variety of new, useful items for the elderly. Boxes are wrapped in Christmas paper and labeled either man or woman. Suggested contents include personal hygiene items (soap, shampoo, lotion, toothbrush etc.), notecards, pens, sugar free candy, dried fruit, socks, gloves, nail clippers, lip balm, coffee mug.

St. Peter is collecting freezable pies to be distributed by Tri-Lakes Cares during the Christmas season. Please bring pies to the parish office during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30am-2pm, closed noon-1pm for lunch).
