For 35 years Mr. Cervantes has led different ministries within the Catholic Church at the parish, diocesan and national level, in the United States and Mexico. Javier is the diocesan leader for the V National Encuentro of Hispanic/Latino Ministry. He has served for 13+ years as the Diocesan Director for the Hispanic Ministry in the Diocese of Colorado Springs. An RSVP would be greatly appreciated. Come to the SPCS gym for BINGO! Bring the family - anyone over six years old can play with an adult. Students will be selling meals, snacks and drinks. All proceeds will support the SPCS 8th grade trip to Washington, DC.

Human Dignity Conference - Saturday, November 22, 8am-5pm
The Diocesan Respect Life Apostolate will host the conference at St. Francis Parish in Colorado Springs.
The conference will feature keynote talks by Bishop James Golka and Professor Lucas Pollice, along with lightning talks on a variety of topics including: NFP and NaPro Technology, IVF, abortion, treatment of the disabled, human trafficking, end-of-life Issues, and more. The day will also include lunch, Mass, and Adoration, along with opportunities for Confession. Register

The annual St. Peter Giving Tree will be placed in the vestibule on Friday, November 14. Your generosity each year ensures that individuals and families in our community feel loved and are not forgotten. Please select an ornament tag from the tree and return the tag with your unwrapped gift(s) no later than December 9. Thank you!
Wreaths for Veterans
Once again, local families will participate with
Wreaths Across America to place wreaths on the graves of veterans at Fort Logan National Cemetery on Saturday, December 13.

St. Peter is collecting freezable pies to be distributed by Tri-Lakes Cares during the Christmas season. Please bring pies to the parish office during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30am-2pm, closed noon-1pm for lunch).
