The FALL
40 Days for Life commitment for our parish is on
Saturday, October 24, from 7am-7pm, on the Centennial Blvd. sidewalk near Planned Parenthood.
40 Days is the time frame God has consistently used throughout salvation history to call people to repentance and transformation. Started in one college town in Texas in 2007, there are now over 1,000 cities participating this year worldwide. The dedicated
40 Days for Life community is over a million strong, with 20,000 participating churches and 15,000 local campaigns in full force right now. Since
40 Days for Life began, 26,714 babies have been confirmed saved; 279 abortion workers have quit their jobs in the abortion industry and 187 abortion centers have closed down permanently. Abortion thrives in the shadows. Your peaceful and prayerful witness exposes the ongoing tragedy of abortion. Can you afford just one hour of your day on Saturday, October 24, to come and pray outside the abortion clinic in our own Pikes Peak Community? For more information or to make your one-hour commitment, contact Stephanie Kemp (
stephanierkemp@gmail.com or 719-481-4355).
